Dishwasher/Busser

Royal Castle Miami is looking for a Dishwasher/ Busser to work in our restaurant. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of kitchenware and assisting the kitchen and front restaurant staff as and when needed.

You should also have a good understanding of food sanitation and safety procedures. To be successful in this job role, past experience as a Busser/Dishwasher or a similar role will be mandatory.

Ideally, you should possess good communication and the ability to work on weekends and holidays. Also, you should be a highly organized and passionate individual.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and used kitchenware from dining and kitchen area.
• Ensure there are always enough clean kitchenware and serving ware during peak hours.
• Clean and Sanitize kitchen,dining and restroom area.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Following restaurant food safety and sanitization protocols.
• Adhering to the restaurant’s kitchen policy.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2years proven work experience as a Busser, Dishwasher or a similar role in the Hospitality industry.
• Experience in operating industrial dishwashers and other dishwashing machines.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work during weekends, night shifts, as well as on public holidays.
• Ability to offer good customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Detailed-oriented and hardworking individual.
• Ability to solve problems promptly.
• A sharp eye for details.
