Short Order Cook

Royal Castle Miami is actively looking for confident and dynamic candidates as a Full Time Short Order Cooks for our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes on the food menu.Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes on the food menu.
• Ensuring the customers get their orders on time. Ensuring the customers get their orders on time.
• Performing general cleaning activities in the kitchen. Performing general cleaning activities in the kitchen.
• Checking the stock levels and restocking them as and when needed.
• Complying with the health and safety rules and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 -2 years proven experience as Short Order Cook, Cook, or a similar role in the Hospitality industry.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of kitchen sanitization.
• Understanding of food plating and serving methods.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good multi-tasking abilities.
• Showcasing knowledge of using various kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and objects.
• Good physical stamina.
